I have used this for my 2 toddlers ever since they were infants and it's the only effective ointment that keeps their skin from getting dry and scaly. I use this religiously in winter and at least once daily in summer too (indoor AC can be very drying. It has a very thick consistency, almost like petroleum jelly but I guess thats what you need to be so powerful at keeping dryness at bay! Highly recommended for babies.
