My 10-month-old grandchild loves these pouches because the pureed food squeezes up easily. I love it because it has no additives and is nutritious. The package says 4 months and up. I personally wouldn't give it to a baby under 6-7 months. There are several other "flavors" and my grandchild loves them all!
